MONTHLY NEWS UPDATE

DRAGON CITY TROPHY AND SUN LOONG ARTISTC TROPHY ICE HOUSE MELBOURNE 23RD OCTOBER TO 25TH OCTOBER 2011

Many of our skaters represented LCCFSS at the Dragon City Trophy and the Sun Loong Artistic Trophy over a weekend In October 2011. All of the LCCFSS skaters came home with a unique Dragon Trophy. Thankyou to all the skaters that went to the competition and represented our club and a big thankyou to all the parents for taking the time to take our skaters to this event. Also LCCFSS would like to thank Adam Hart and Pavel Aubrecht for looking after our skaters both on and off the ice during this event. Well done to our skaters and thankyou coaches.

JACK LEE TROPHY 28TH AUGUST 2011 ERINA
The Jack Lee trophy is a competition for those in Preliminary up to Senior Level. All of our LCCFSS skaters that competed in this competition held at Erina Ice Arena got a place on the podium. The photo below shows all our skaters that competed and congratulations to all of you. A well deserved result for all our skaters. The skaters that competed are: Diana Pham- Intermediate Level, Emily Thomson Novice Level, Shania Sime Preliminary, Bianca Ha Elementary, Jordan Lazarus Pre Primary, Hayley Rotondo Preliminary Rachel Veld Preliminary, Tya Greentree Intermediate and William Palmer Pre Primary.



Diana Pham placed 1st in Intermediate, Tya Greentree placed 2nd in Intermediate and Emily Thomson 2nd in Novice. Congratulations girls and awesome result. We at LCCFSS are very proud of you. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the first presentation that was soooooo late. We were honoured to present our winners. William Palmer 1st place Pre Primary men, Jordan Lazarus 1st place, Pre Primary ladies, Bianca Ha 1st Place Elementary, Hayley Rotondo 3rd place Preliminary, Shania Sime 1st place Preliminary, Rachel Veld 2nd Place Preliminary. A huge thankyou to coach Yvette Dimitrov, all of her students got a place on the podium. What a fantastic result for all our LCCFSS skaters.Congratulations to you all.

ST MARYS CATHEDRAL 30TH JULY 2011

On 30th July Hayley Rotondo, Rachel Veld , Shania Sime, Elle Montgomery, Bianca Ha and Cameron Ord (not in Photo as he disappeared from us)
skated on the ice infront of the St Marys Cathedral. Each of the skaters performed either their artistic or technical programs. It was a great day and the weather could not have been more perfect. The girls and Cameron had a wonderful time and cant wait to do it again next year. To have participated in this event an email was sent out to every member expressing interest in those wanting to participate.
